Michigan Gutters Inc. may, at its discretion, provide cash advances to eligible employees under the following conditions. Cash advances are not guaranteed and are subject to approval.
1.1 All cash advance requests must be submitted through the Michigan Gutters employee website.
1.2 Employees are expected to plan ahead when requesting a cash advance. Requests—especially for larger amounts or extended repayment terms—may require additional review and are not guaranteed to be approved or disbursed on the same day.
2.1 Standard cash advances will be deducted in full from the employee’s next paycheck unless otherwise approved.
2.2 Requests to spread repayment over multiple pay periods require prior written approval from the CEO before any funds are disbursed.
2.3 Michigan Gutters reserves the right to deny or delay any request based on business needs, timing, or employee eligibility.

3.3 Cash advances are not considered earned
4.1 Employees with an outstanding cash advance are required to work Saturdays until the balance is paid in full.
4.2 If work is not available, any required Saturdays that cannot be worked or are not scheduled will be documented and carried Employees will be required to work those Saturdays when work becomes available.
5.1 Failure to work a required Saturday will result in:
5.1(a) A deduction of 50% of the remaining cash advance balance from the employee’s next paycheck, and
5.1(b) One attendance point, in accordance with the company attendance
6.1 ESTA or other protected time off does not exempt an employee from attendance points related to missing a required Saturday tied to cash advance repayment, where permitted by law.
7.1 Michigan Gutters reserves the right to modify, suspend, or revoke this policy at any time, subject to applicable law.
7.2 Abuse of the cash advance program may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
